Unfortunately I had to pull out of my quarterfinals heat a few days ago due to extreme food poisoning! That was the second longest/most painfull night I have ever had, only topped by some bad falaffel I ate once upon a time. Not the way I would have liked to go down but sometimes that's what happens 🙃. Thanks everyone for all the messages checking in, I'm all good now! Despite all that I've still had a blast competing with the @gkakiteworldtour crew again. ⏩ Onto the next adventure in the UK!
