Mauritius is located in the southwest of the Indian Ocean between Madagascar, the Seychelles and La Réunion. During the tropical winter the best kitesurfers in the world come to Mauritius to ride the terrific waves at “One Eye”, “Manawa” and “Chameaux”. Be sure you know exactly what you’re doing before you dare to hit (or be hit by) those waves. There are also great flat water spots for beginners or freestyle junkies.
